We’re not here to impress you with doctrine.

We’re here to live what matters — to seek justice, love mercy, walk humbly, and follow Jesus in real time.

Here’s what grounds us and guides us.

What We Believe Enough to Build On

A church graphic with the title 'UNITED' and the subtitle 'A United Methodist Faith Community.' It includes symbols and descriptions for Mission, Mantra, and Vision, with bold text at the bottom stating 'Who we are. What we're here for. Why it matters.' The Mission emphasizes making disciples of Jesus to seek justice, love mercy, walk humbly, change the world, inspired by scripture, grounded in tradition, lived in reason, awakened by experience, and living like Jesus. The Mantra states, 'Everybody. Always. No Exceptions.' The Vision describes a faith community where tradition meets transformation, providing belonging and emphasizing justice, mercy, and love.

We’re not interested in keeping people busy with churchy stuff.

We’re building lives shaped by Jesus — lives that reflect justice, mercy, courage, and grace.

This is our rhythm of transformation: not a checklist, but a way of life.

Modeled after how Jesus formed his people. Grounded in our Wesleyan roots.

Real enough to live.

How We Grow

Colorful circular infographic depicting the United Methodist Faith Community Discipleship Pathway, divided into three sections: The Many—Invitation & Encounter in electric cyan, The Three—Leadership & Multiplication in neon yellow, and The Twelve—Formation & Belonging in vibrant magenta. Each section includes detailed descriptions and practices related to discipleship stages.

United Methodist. Unapologetically Affirming.

We’re proud to be part of the United Methodist Church, a global connection of people committed to following Jesus with open hearts, open minds, and open doors.

But we also know that open doors don’t mean much if people are still being pushed out.

That’s why we’re a member of the Reconciling Ministries Network — a movement working to ensure LGBTQIA+ people are fully included in the life, leadership, and love of the Church.

We are also part of the Dakotas Conference of The United Methodist Church, walking alongside other churches across North and South Dakota who are striving to follow Jesus in ways that are faithful, contextual, and courageous.

At United:

  • You will never be asked to change who you are to belong.

  • We explicitly reject conversion therapy and theologies that shame or erase queer people.

  • We believe God’s image is found across the spectrum of gender and sexuality — and that love is love is love.

Everybody. Always. No Exceptions.

We don’t just say it. We build everything around it.
